That is a law, no way. It does sound like a Virginia Law, if they don't have it they will. I don't know how many times I have had to drive someone to get alcohol, not for me of course.

I wonder how many people on here drove dear old dad to the grocery store, dad bought a six pack and then of course you drove dad home. You broke the law.
Designated drivers can't be underage apparently.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
